How PBA Cares Works
Apply for Access
Submit your nonprofit credentials and start shopping immediately by logging in with your signup email. We verify accreditation and approve charity partners within 2-3 business days after the first order is placed.
Download Your Package
Add items to Locker Room to reserve the items you'd like for your auction. Once logged in, you can download everything you need for your event: bid sheets, posters, digital signage, and hi-res PDFs.
Run Your Auction
Display materials at your event or load images into your online bidding platform. Collect winning bidder info.
Post-Event Checkout
After the event, log into your PBA Cares account and go to your Locker Room. Add SOLD items to your cart for check out.
